Service

General Pest Control

Most pest problems in Bowie aren't one dramatic invasion. They're a slow trickle of whatever's outside finding its way in, and the fix is keeping a treated barrier between the two.

What you'll notice

  • Scorpions under door sweeps, in bathrooms and closets
  • Roaches in the kitchen at night
  • Spiders in corners, garages and window wells
  • Crickets and silverfish showing up after rain
  • Ant trails along baseboards or countertops

How we handle it

  • Walk the property and find where they're getting in
  • Treat the foundation, eaves, doorways and entry points
  • Treat indoors only where there's actual activity
  • Come back quarterly so the barrier never lapses

What quarterly service actually means

Four visits a year, timed to the seasons rather than the calendar. Spring for the things that wake up, summer for the things that breed, fall for the things that come inside, winter for the things that never left.

Between visits, if something shows up that shouldn’t, the return trip is part of the service.

Scorpions

Striped bark scorpions are the ones we deal with around here, and they turn up indoors far more often through the heat of late summer. They come in under door sweeps, through weep holes and up through pier-and-beam crawl spaces, and they settle in bathrooms, closets and anywhere dark and undisturbed.

Treating for them is perimeter work plus the entry points, because a scorpion problem is nearly always a gap problem. If somebody in the house reacts badly to stings, say so when you call and we’ll move you up.

When you don’t need it

If you’ve got one specific problem — a single wasp nest, one ant trail — a single treatment usually handles it, and we’ll tell you so on the phone.

Describe the problem over the phone and we'll tell you straight whether it needs a treatment or not. No call center, no upsell script, no pressure.
